2. What We Collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, business name, your message, the kind of photography you shoot, and your city. We use this to respond to your enquiry and prepare your free mockup.
When you book a discovery call through the scheduling tool embedded on our site, you provide your name, email address, and appointment details to Cal.com, which processes that booking on our behalf.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site. It collects usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, and uses cookies to distinguish visitors. We use this data in aggregate to improve the site.
Our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically logs standard technical data such as IP addresses for security and performance. This site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may log your IP address when font files are requested.
3. Third-Party Services We Use
Web3Forms (contact form delivery), Cal.com (call scheduling), Google Analytics (site analytics), Google Fonts (typography), Vercel (hosting). Each processes data under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

This site uses cookies set by Google Analytics for the analytics purposes described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them.
5. How Long We Keep Data
Enquiry emails are retained while we correspond with you and for our business records afterwards. Analytics data is retained per our Google Analytics settings. You can ask us to delete your enquiry data at any time.
6. Your Rights
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing contact@rosettasystems.co. If you are a California or Texas resident, you have additional statutory rights to access and delete personal information; the same email is the channel for exercising them.
7. Children
This site is for business audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
